I’m a Jesus-following, prayer-offering, community-seeking mama who was made for this work. I’m also a wife to my wonderful husband, mom of two (soon to be three), and someone who’s walked through both the joy of birth and the quiet grief of loss.
Motherhood changed everything for me, and now I count it a privilege to walk alongside women as they step into theirs—with faith, with tenderness, and with love that reflects the heart of Christ.
My call to birth and postpartum work came during my second pregnancy. God stirred something in me—and as I stepped into doula training, it was like every part of who I am lit up. My personality, my sensitivity, my faith—they all belonged here. I knew I was created to walk with women through their journeys.
I’m a wife to my wonderful husband and mama to two beautiful children—with one more on the way. My own motherhood journey has been sacred and complex. I’ve had two empowering births, two early miscarriages, and postpartum experiences that were both difficult and redemptive. After my first, I silently endured postpartum depression and intense physical recovery. No one knew. My second postpartum season was marked by healing, support, and peace—and that contrast drives the heart of the care I offer today.
My business is inspired by 1 John 4:16 (NIV):
“And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.”
That verse reminds me daily that God’s love sustains us, surrounds us, and flows through us—and that’s the heart of the care I offer.
I serve the greater Seattle area with Christ-centered birth and postpartum support. Support, to me, begins with listening. I meet each mom where she’s at—offering prayer, scripture-based affirmations, peaceful presence, and practical help. In prenatal visits, we prepare both body and spirit for birth—releasing fear, practicing rest, and inviting God's peace. In postpartum, I listen, observe, and respond—whether that means helping with baby care, home tasks, or just holding space for a mom’s honest emotions.

Nice to meet you!
It is my hope that every woman I serve feels seen, heard, and deeply valued. That she experiences God’s love through my support. That my presence helps her reconnect with her strength and feel the kind of peace only He can provide.
And to you, reading this now—maybe you’re expecting, postpartum, or somewhere in the middle—I want you to know:
God sees you. You are doing an amazing job. I’m praying for you.
If we get the chance to work together, I would be honored to walk alongside you in this holy, hard, beautiful season.

A small glimpse into who I am.

Stephani provided postpartum doula service to me and to say that she went above and beyond is an understatement. She has an intimate knowledge of the postpartum period and great skill in nourishing a new mama. She was culturally-sensitive to our family, and there for whatever we needed - meals, massage, a listening ear. Stephani's attentiveness was a joy and comfort during a challenging postpartum period.

Stephani got me to think about my own parenting and ways to spend time together with family without overloading with stress. It happened in just natural conversation. She was never pushy or judgemental. It felt like she just wanted to understand my family and our needs to better support us. When Stephani offered support, there always seemed to be more she was willing to help with.
